All artwork and images that I, Hetty Easter, have created are copyrighted by the artist. All work I have created for this website, social media outlets and or art that I have been commissioned to do, is protected from unauthorized copyright, misuse and misappropriation by copyright law, international treaties and other laws that uphold intellectual property rights worldwide. No copyrights are transferred to the purchaser. I retain the right to use anything I have created, both commissioned and non commissioned art to promote my work. Promotion may include the right to use on my social media outlets, to show as examples of my work, for commercial and non commercial use. General rights of privacy of the client will be respected. Anyone using my art must obtain my permission in advance. If the art is to be used for any commercial or promotional purposes, they must have paid me an agreed upon fee before using my artwork. Licensing is available, please email for more information. Any use of my artwork/images must contain credit indicating that Hetty Easter is the artist. Anyone using images that are provided from I, Hetty Easter, must include the original photo credit when given.

Shipping

I ship mostly with UPS for the continental US. Print orders usually take a week to process after completion (longer for personalized custom work) and take 3-10 days to arrive. If you need to upgrade your shipping to express, insurance, delivery confirmation, business addresses, please contact me directly and I’ll be happy to assist you.

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for international packing and shipping fees and taxes. Please contact me for assistance.

Return Policy and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order with an explanation of the problem. Many of my pieces are fragile, one of a kind, and or personalized and can be damaged in transit. Please contact the shipper about problems with damage from shipping. Please contact me directly if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. I will try to reasonably remedy the problem. Personalized pieces cannot be returned.
